Returns/Refunds Policy

Only defective or wrong-received items can be returned for exchange. The product must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the tag/label still attached and in the original packaging.

We accept return/exchange within SEVEN (7) working days upon receiving the product. Any claim beyond the return time frame will be considered as invalid.

Should the product be returned to us in unsuitable condition, we reserved the right to refuse the return and the product will be send back to you

All shipping costs of returned for defective/wrong-received item will be borne by us.

Customers are advised to WhatsApp our Customer Service Team first at +60123538944, together with your #ORDER ID and product details before returning the product.
